This Robusta coffee originated and sourced from the mountainous northern region of the Philippines, Kalinga-Apayao. The medium-dark roast of this Robusta coffee has a smooth crema texture and rich scent of a chocolate. It is low in acidity but with a touch of rubbery, bitter, and grain-like flavor which leaves a dry aftertaste. A choice of dark roast will give you a taste of deeper and bolder coffee.
